For more than fifteen years, Fraile has been deeply engaged in Palm Beach County’s philanthropic community, building a reputation as a connector, convener, fundraiser, and catalyst for collaboration. She brings together philanthropists, business leaders, nonprofit executives, civic partners, and community advocates around shared missions, helping organizations expand their networks, increase visibility, strengthen development efforts, and build the infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth.

Fraile approaches philanthropy not simply as participation, but as a mission. She invests her time, expertise, relationships, and strategic perspective to help mission-driven organizations move beyond one-time fundraising and toward lasting institutional strength. In several cases, events under her leadership have doubled or more than doubled fundraising and in-kind support compared with prior years. Her philanthropic leadership has also reached an international audience. Fraile has served as a speaker at the NEXUS Global Summit, a convening of next-generation philanthropists, impact investors, social innovators, and members of prominent philanthropic families. The NEXUS network includes more than 6,000 members across 70 countries, connecting emerging leaders working to advance philanthropy, social impact, and responsible stewardship on a global scale.

Today, Fraile continues to serve in leadership roles with mission-driven organizations while chairing development efforts and major fundraising initiatives. Her work reflects a broader philosophy that philanthropy should do more than fund a moment.
