Denise Fraile is the founder of Verati Design Group offering branding and business strategy consulting services to middle-market clients.  The company was founded in 2006 and has emerged as a premier firm in the industry under Denise’s leadership.  Frequently partnering with Fortune 500 companies, Professional Athletes, and Red Carpet Celebrities, Denise has also personally consulted several judicial and political election campaigns.

 

The cornerstone of her success is Denise’s impeccable work ethic.  “As an entrepreneur, I need to have a very strong and disciplined work ethic with a big vision. Not having anyone to assign me a task or tell me what to do makes me take on more responsibility and that is what makes it exciting for me.”  While her client portfolio is diverse, analysis and evaluation of niche markets have become somewhat of a specialty for Denise and Verati Design Group. 

 

​The principle that “adapting is great, leading is better” perfectly expresses Denise, who thrives as an entrepreneur in the competition of business with a keen eye for design and creativity. In an assignment for a national commercial real estate services company, Denise spearheaded the team that re-designed and re-branded the firm to strengthen its position based on market segmentation.  Evolving the corporate brand received tremendously favorable responses from over 600 commercial real estate professionals across the country.  In addition to a re-imagined brand, the project delivered a new strategy and resource architecture for internal access to market intelligence.  This improved information exchange resulted in significant productivity increases and improved user and client experiences.

 

Similarly, Denise led a large scale co-branding effort for a major Florida based healthcare provider and a multi-national energy conglomerate.  The scope of this effort included authoring investor presentations as well as developing new business models and care delivery models to comply with healthcare reform.  The omnichannel marketing campaign focused on billboards, magazine advertisements, newspaper advertisements, movie theater advertisements, hospital guide advertisements, and community events.  Within the organization, the project delivered and implemented a patient-centric approach and culture empowering staff as front-line sales leaders.  The patient experience was improved through education, empowerment, caregiver support, and path to recovery simplification.  

 

Philanthropy

​Denise’s passion for her work is equaled by her love for philanthropy and she is an active board member of several charities focusing on building the leaders of tomorrow, abolishing human trafficking, and improving the lives of others.  Denise has received the “Leg Up” humanitarian award that honors individuals who have gone above and beyond  demonstrating admirable efforts in giving children in impoverished communities a “Leg Up” to a brighter future. Denise was nominated and spoke at a Nexus Global conference in Miami.  The focus of Nexus is on social and environmental issues that do not only need funding, but solutions and strategy to break the on-going and often devastating cycles.  NEXUS has grown to be the largest network of international next gen philanthropists, impact investors and social entrepreneurs in the world. NEXUS has members from over 70 countries representing families worth over $500 Billion.
 

As a citizen of the world, Denise speaks several languages and is at home in many cultures and countries including Germany, Spain, Canada, and the United States.  An artist and art lover at heart, Denise values the creative and is a fan of anything that makes the world a more beautiful place.  Once a leading Canadian show jumper competing at the Grand Prix level, Denise likes to surround herself with animals, and advocates for animal rescue.

 

Academics & Recognition

 

Denise has successfully completed a BS in Design and an MBA degree both, with academic honors.  Additionally, Denise has completed Harvard Business extension school specialized programs, Sustainability in Business Strategy, Disruptive Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and has been published in Metropolitan magazine and is IMDb recognized.
